Even though you've clipped the fly aways, adding the mousse will keep the natural hair from frizzing up as fast. When I have done my daughter's hair and I didn't have mousse, they start to frizz up in a couple of days. Needless to say, I do not skip that step anymore lol. I'm definitely going to try these next!

The mousse is meant to tame flyaways on the top of the braids youre supposed to tie the hair down after to kinda like mold it to the scalp it just makes them look cleaner
