If you’re talking about the seasonal items, it’s probably likely that those items were bought when they were 70-90% off or the store employee are really good at doing their job they pull the items off the floor and it’s the reason why you are having trouble finding them. If it’s the penny items, I also struggle to find them, I sometimes got to go to several stores in order to make a big enough haul to show. Take your time, travel 20-30 minutes away from where you live and go through every isle.
