Other things, health insurance and current bank account are anyways free.

I never heard anyone in my circle who was coming from india to germany had to give a vfs interview. I didn't have to do it. There's a usual process of booking an appointment which costs around 2800 for document collection and then when you go there you pay visa fees which is around 8500. But I don't know anything about Vfs conducting interviews.
Your grades seems to be pretty good. But in medical professions you need to know german to get admission and in most cases you need to do Studienkolleg as well which is again in german to get admission in bachelors as an international student because sometimes they need 13 years of education.

Hi! Getting a job directly without extensive experience in your field is difficult. Because it's quite an expensive and time taking process for a company to hire internationals directly from their country and do all the arrangements to get them work-permit.
