Agent Rank means a rank of David Jones. Which is the highest rank you can get in this game when you play IGI 2: Covert Strike on Hard difficulty mode. Accuracy shows how accurate you were with the weapons you used during the level i.e. pistol, assault rifle, sniper rifle and etc. Meaning the number of bullets hitting the enemy over the number of bullets fired, given as a percentage. If you only used knife then it will show N/A (Not Applicable) in your accuracy stats.
If your lagging is because of low frame rate in the game then you need to reduce your gaming resolution and low some or all details. To do this you need to go to "Main Menu" > "Settings" and click on "Graphics". My resolution was 640*480. To reduce the video size, you need to converted to a compressed format that youtube supports like .flv, .wmv and etc. I used windows movie make to edit my videos and the finished output was in .wmv too. You can also use "Any Video Converter". Hope that helps.
Excellent work kilura! You should play again and reupload your walkthrough in HD quality and widescreen. IGI 2 excellent supports resolution like 1280x720 or 1920x1080!
I did this mission in one run like all the other missions, any mistakes and I had to do it again from the start of the mission. There is no save option in Hard Mode.

Hey umairq0, your strategy about swimming across the river by avoiding the Objective 1 is not a bit right >:( I have tried it! Believe me, the ground across the river is too steep to climb to. If you try it then you neither you would be able climb up across the river nor can you would be able to climb up the bank from where you started where you started! You'll be staying in the water until you restart the mission. Still you can try it! But you'll result in nothing but FAILURE!
@Gopesh Tripathi He was crouching and sometimes walking past the enemy that is why the enemy didn't see him and it is not a hack because I completed the mission by watching this video.

Times spotted means when the enemy "sees you" or "located you". Each time you get "spotted" it will increase the "Time Spotted" counter.
