So weird. I just re started trauma counselling after a couple bad triggers. Experiencing hyper vigilance and hyper awareness of others emotions and mood changes ALL THE TIME, using techniques to ground myself (bringing the mind back to the body and present time). This song came out at the same time and it just gives me goosebumps. Nice job cat Clyde!!!
