Iffy, Rakestraw, Reaves-Maybin, Cominsky and Kalif are all eligible to start their clocks I believe and it is now time to start playing Moseley, period! As far as free agents out there that can help, Mike Purcell (DT) played with Denver last year and is solid and could help with the void left by Alim. Xavien Howard is also a free agent corner that played well for the Dolphins last year that could also help with the loss of CD. And you of course have been pushing for Pierre-Paul, which makes sense based on losing some pass rush from Alim.
Wow. You people just don't get it. All those people are on the couch for a reason, they couldn't help lesser teams, and they will not be adequate replacements for any of the very good players lost. The more you tell people they have a chance, the worse it will be when they find out different. Didn't Kamala's loss and the backlash against the media from Dems about the false positivity from the media during the election clue you in? People are PISSED, and will be over this as well, and you are doing nothing but making it worse when the wheels come off. Just tell the truth. The truth is that it is almost impossible now. If you really think they DO have a chance, then, NM. You are hopeless in that case, and nothing I say will encourage your head to leave the dark wet place it is in. Maybe you just do not know football or athletics in general, but can't see why you would comment if you are that clueless, that would be silly. My guess is that you know a little, and don't understand a lot, and you think it is helpful to play Pollyanna (look it up). Even though it only took me about a month to heal, due to the blood pressure rates involved, I still wasn’t allowed to do much physical activity even though physically I felt fine by then. Never left. See the NFC Championship game last year? See what is happening now? So, when was all this success happening without a curse? Did I miss a few years? Because with Detroit having what I consider the best team in football for two years now, and just one division title and a couple of playoff wins to show for it, with a complete giveaway of the NFC Championship last year and with them losing the most players on one side of the ball to injury of any team, EVER, I am really interested to know when the curse was not here. When was that?
While I appreciate how Craig Reynolds plays I think Vaki is the better option to pin our Monty replacement hopes on. I just dont think with Monty being out the offense has the threat that separates them from other top offenses. The passing game's success is predicated on play action which is Goff's QB superpower. With Monty gone teams can dedicate their focus on Gibbs. Shutting one back down is a lot easier than two, plus you lose a lot of run after contact yards that demoralize defenses. Of the top team rushing offenses ahead of the Lions none have the running back duo production the Lions have however all but GB have running threat QB's who make things happen if they can't find an open WR. Goff no matter how much he is willing to run he would lose a race with a glacier. Without a defense that can get stops, the offense has to be near flawless to stay ahead of other top teams. Monty being out likely made the Lions offense beatable. As much as it kills me to admit even under the best circumstances the Lions are realistically one of the most vulnerable playoff teams and if they can't secure the one seed or if they end up a wildcard team we might not remain in the playoffs long enough to get back the defenders that could give the Lions back their Superbowl chances.
I dont think we have come out a game healthy since hutch went down And if that continues we got 3 left, so who else is about to be taken out No other contender team is dealing with what we are , and i dont think they would have been able to do what we did if they were in the same scenario
There’s no way we can win a superbowl with losing so many key players. Anzelone hutch and others won’t come back in save us even if the come back they haven’t been practicing working out staying in nfl player shape. They’re going to be rusty it sucks but it’s a classic example of a great team sustaining to many injures it happens to lots of teams

@@arthurgoerner488 Keep in mind the Bills offense is top notch. I'm convinced they are superior to both Philly, Minnesota, and definitely KC. Not many teams score 42 points and lose the game.
@@NathanJohnson815 I hear you, but the reason most teams don't score 42 and lose is that most teams don't ever give up 48, and to show you how bad it is, how many times have the Bills scored 48 this year? I will give you a hint, it was once, guess the game. The Lions will struggle to get stops the rest of the year, yes, even against Chicago, and anybody that can stop the Lions offense 2 or 3 times in a game will have a great chance to beat them, because they are not stopping anybody anymore. Then, you lose Montgomery when the Lions are most desperate to control the ball and the clock? It's over.
