    I've watched a ton of videos related to how to get started with Python as a first programming language and I have to say that out of all of them, yours has been clearly the best.
    It's not too long, it's not too short. It covers through at lot of important stuff but keeps it relatively simple. And you actually talk in the video (I just hate those videos that only have text or use some robotic text-to-speech thing. It just reeks of laziness). Overall a really well done video!
    I'm probably going to start with the book "Automate the Boring Stuff with Python" (by Al Sweigart). Not sure if it's a good place to start, but I'll keep these learning suggestions in mind!

      Thank you! That’s a good book, fortunately there are so many resources available that you can easily find one that speaks to you. Think I have 10-20 books on Python but tbf the best way to learn is by working on an app or project and checking references when you need. And persevering and writing code every day will help a lot. After a while it will be second nature.

    hey just an advice, I think it would be really helpful to people if you put subtitles(not auto generated) in your videos. It would even help you grow :)

      Congrats for starting, you're on your way. I got only one question for you. Why are you learning Python? If the answer is to build a project or business idea that you have, then you know what you need to do :) Don't focus on learning Python, focus on building something and that will guide you.

    Hey why do you edit out your breath in between sentences? It seems unnatural and it would at least give us some time to digest what you are saying, which to me feels like an UN-followable confusing stream of rapid dialog. Thanks for your effort though and just a suggestion.

    • @DecisionForest
      @DecisionForest  17 วันที่ผ่านมา

      I tried a couple of editing techniques to see how retention goes. To be fair I also prefer the more natural flow but I noticed many people prefer the “speedy” delivery. In more recent videos I give it more space as it sometimes feels over edited

    how would recommend learning Python slow - like for Dummies.

    • @DecisionForest
      @DecisionForest  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The slowest and best way is to first decide what you want to build using python. That’s the hard part initially but once you know, you’ll progressively learn Python concepts that you need to use
