Can you make a video on how to make cool floating captions with deep glow effect. it seems it can only be made on after effect and i wasn't able to find any tutorials that satisfy my needs

Wouldn't it be much easier importing the Photoshop project into After Effects, retain layer sizes and just animate from there?
This is a purely premiere pro focused video most people dont want to dive into after effects so ive made it simpler for those who only use premiere
