Oh, I just loved this vlog! Vivy's hairstyle brought me back to my teenage years. You guys dancing inside Target was the BEST! The girls did such a good job picking out their shoes. Each pair is very stylish.
When my mom was growing up as the youngest of 7 she got 2 new pair of shoes a year. They were bought large and stuffed with news paper. 1 for Church and 1 for everyday.
Skyler, shoe shopping with 5 littles, you're a brave man. They usually have a way to size the kids feet. Makes it a bit easier. Sometimes ts hard when the kids really want something, but sometimes the answer is NO. Glad you were able to get shoes for the girls. The smoke detectors sound great. Can't be to careful with your family. What a good dad,you keep your cool, and let the littles know you see and hear them. Thanks for the smiles. Long island Kathy
That was amazing, lol, truly the patience of Jobe! When I was growing up, I didn’t have a say, whatever my mom said went. I think about how much more kids learn with a patient parent, it’s well worth it in the grand scheme of personal growth 😉. Have to agree, Payless was great when it came to reasonably priced shoes, kinda sad they are no longer with us. Thanks Skyler, you look great and ready for the New Year🎉, hope you had a happy one.👧🏼👧🏼👧🏼👦🏼👦🏼🧑🏼🧑🏼🧔🏻♂💕👍
This was such a fun video! I loved the mannequin stills turned dance moves. So cute! And they all picked out great shoes - worth the work of shopping. I especially like the pair Daisy picked out!
One day driving down the freeway I had just bought my son a new pair of shoes on the way home from Payless he threw one of his shoes out the car window I was so shocked and mad my next car had electric door and window locks
Years ago Buffalo got Payless Shoes before Toronto, so when I was there I got myself about 5 pairs of shoes. I have no idea how, but I left half of 2 pairs in my motel room and didn't realize until I got home. The motel wouldn't ship them to me, even at my cost. It was more like Payalittleless, lol.
Kids are so cute! It's now the funny story you tells his friends. When asking if I they wanted a grilled cheese sandwich, he would shout "no, I want a boy cheese sandwich". He didn't want the girl cheese sandwiches cause that would be for his sisters.
In the UK we have Clarks. Sitting in a ticketed queue waiting for your kids feet to be measured was always part of the return to school routine after the summer holidays. If you timed it wrong, you'd be there for ages.. Then you'd have the shock of how much they cost you... Happy days 😂
Oh, I miss Payless! We bought multiple pairs at one time, they were so inexpensive! Always styles my girls liked (boys too, although they seemed to pick out the same style each time!) No show store has popped up to replace them! We have the Rack in the new little town we’ve moved to…not to be confused with Nordy’s The Rack!
Happy New Year..." 2025 ".... Skyler...I totally agree... I Miss Payless. Alot.... .I just told my Adault Daughter this ...Just the other Day You are doing an AMAZING Job....😊
You're the BEST, Skyler! I don't have the patience for a shoe-shopping experience with quints. I had all boys. I think it's definitely harder shopping with girls. I loved Vivi's side-pony! She is so cute with her salon skills! HAPPY NEW YEAR to the Scott family.❤️🎊🎉🎊🎉
We had Payless out here in Connecticut too. Why it closed I don't know, because so many people here in Norwich shopped there. They had good brands; & you are correct, kids grow in leaps & bounds & need new shoes definitely twice a year - not to mention special occasions, sport shoes, wear & tear if they're really active. I had 5 but only 1 at a time, but they all definitely grew over the summer & Christmas time! We had Kmarts out here & we went out there sometimes & my kids were not always thrilled. But when you have a tight budget, you do what you have to. And even if you have extra, it's just not wise to buy them when not needed. This is my 75 years of life experience! So have a happy, safe & healthy year here in 2025 Skylar. You are so full of love for your children & it shows. Just remember to take care of yourself as well! 😊 P❤🎉eace!
Lovely to hear all the 'good' reasons from the children for the choices of shoes. Enjoy it because there cómes a time when especially the girls hang around your neck; 'dad, I neeeeeed this...I have nòthing! nice to wear' (haha). Bye Skyler and kids:, best wishes for 2025 and grtz from the Netherlands!
I miss Payless too! One of my few good childhood memories is trying on all the shoes in there. But for reals, for adults, don't get Payless shoes lol, they break fast enough to be more expensive in the long run lol, guess that's why Payless failed
It's 2am in the 🇬🇧 & I should be sleeping but this has to be one of your best vLogs, I could mot stop laughing at the cuteness of your Kiddos. Please make more shoe shopping vLogs Skyler 🤣😂🤣 Much Love to you all. Catherine & Tigger Kitty 💖🧡🧸🐯 🇬🇧 xXx
Try old navy ! Alot of times I buy the grandkids shoes there, and they are 40 to 50 percent off ! So for the younger ones under 10 years old , we can get them for 15 or less. The older ones who are 14 and 17 are adult shoes so we do jc penny or sometimes they will order them online cheaper !

Hi Skyler, Daisy, Violet, Lily, Lincoln and Logan, I loved looking at, listening to and watching this 14 minutes and 5 seconds video of you all going shoes shopping. Skyler in Australia at this time of year school children would be getting ready to move on up to a new grade. Which means at this time of year parents with school aged children would be shopping for uniforms where children in America where normal every day cloths. Most school in Australia the children have to wear black lace up shoes. I am not sure why it is always black can be sometimes brown shoes depending on which school you go to. So you see Skyler it is a little easier buying shoes for children in Australia to go back to school. Also with school shoes they would only wear them to school and yes they have to have some every day shoes, but not to wear to school. Straight after Christmas and New Year is over Target, Big W, K-Mart and shoe shops are done with anything Christmassy and now have all the back to School item on the shelves where Christmas decoration and items were especially in the main Super Markets. After the School items are gone they bring out the Easter Eggs and then the Mother’s Day items and so on. At the end of January all the Australia children that go to school go up into the next grade. Boy am I glad my school days are long gone. During my school days back in the 1980’s I was so different and found school so hard. Later on in my Adult life someone told me that I have Asperger Syndrome which at age 51 I finally got diagnosed that it is not could Asperger Syndrome it is just called Autism and has levels and I am at a 2. Yes I am able to dress myself, cook, shower and do the basic things in life. I am finding some things hard to do and that is where my mum and dad help me where they can. I live with my mum and dad. Mum is now 78 years old active and dad is now 80 and uses a walking stick. He spent a few months before Christmas In hospital after having 3 small strokes, a small heart attack, a clot on the heart, a cough low blood pressure and high white blood cells. We had to feed him in Hospital when his right hand did not work properly. It is slowly coming back. He is learning to write draw shapes put pegs on plastic container and pull them off using his finger tips going to Rehab a few time a week to do Gym work and warm Pool exercises. He also has a Nurse that come to the house three times a week and another lady that rings and comes up if needed each day. Dad now has a problem with his blood pumping to his heart so he gets tired and does not have much energy some days. He is working at getting back to driving a car. He does not read books anymore watches a lot of TV and looks after his garden. We have big Tomatoes and Cherry tomatoes growing in our Vegetable patch as well as Passionfruit growing on vines, Herbs, Basil, Rosemary and Parsley, some flower beds and flowers in pots too. Dad waters plants some days and we go for short walks sometimes when he has energy. Lincoln I love your light up sneakers you were wearing in this video and I do also love the Spiderman boots that light up that you chose and your dad bought for you they look real cool. Lily, Violet and Daisy I love the shoes you three picked out and your dad bought for you three girls. They look very beautiful on you three. Landon I thought you chose well with your chooses to go shopping with your dad to help the Quints each choose and buy a new pair of shoes or hang out and play video games with big brother Shayden. Where you chose to hang out with Shayden was a good choice.
Anyway so glad you managed to find and buy all 5 of the Quintuplets a new pair of shoes. While I think of it you should watch a Christmas movie called Christmas Shoes it is a beautiful movie.
Love from Natalie Spratford a big fan of all your photos and videos from Australia

Vivi is practical and intelligent.
Lily is the life of the party.

He bought those at Target and they only have their own return policy. It's not based on the brand but the store. 😊
