In you video, comparing it to my newly installed 365 app, for Outlook, I don't see the pop out arrow in the right side of a new email. I also don't see the menu icon for Campaign Manager. I have added Secure Mail Merge. I also get an error when trying to switch to the "new" outlook. Do I need to switch to the "new" Outlook to solve these issues?

Hi, Microsoft has been changing the UI a bit - refer to the official help guide here which we can update faster than the video: www.securemailmerge.com/help

Unfortunately you need a Outlook version that support the modern Office Add-Ins system.

Hi, well depends on what you mean by safe. It's designed to run only on your computer, so from a data privacy perspective none of your mail merge data ever leaves your computer and the plugin communicates directly with Microsoft's servers. It's secure in that it was approved by Microsoft for the AppSource, they do a general security check and make sure privacy and such are in order. Other than that you can also check our IT security documentation at: www.securemailmerge.com/help/it-security
