To appoint a politiko/ trapo to DepEd only means they want to get their hands on the its immense budget. If not bakit mo ibibigay sa any politikong who never handled a big organization that is now in crises. Being a government official doesn't equate to capability to run a huge organization. Mas maigi pa anh isang CEO ng isang big company to lead DepEd. There are more worthy non-political leaders within the academic community or in the private sector..
