I had an easier time S ranking this stage 16 than last one but this has Ether and Ice weakness so anyone not using Ellen and Zhu Yuan will be sad. I like the idea of double elites and I'd have to try the stage more to figure out the best way to deal with them but it's super annoying how sometimes I want to hit the one that I stunned and the game will target the not stunned one. So pretty much if you have both limited characters this will be way easier, if you don't then it's a lot harder. If you don't have Koleda or Lycaon you're also going to be really sad because of the stage effect. The one upside though is that this confirms my theory that getting more characters >>>>> dupes and signature W-engines. They pretty clearly want you to have a team for each element, and then maybe some disorder teams.
This one's easier, last one's Eva-00 was heckin tanky, I think mecha type unit just has more hp and def compared to ether-corrupted, because i had easy time in current 16 even with copium Anton team
Units like Soukaku takes up a lot of field time during the chain attack, and you're potentially losing some time and damage as the down duration of the enemy only lasts for a few seconds. If you don't perform the chain attack during the bullet time the time counter will be paused until the chain command is over.
You make it look so easy man. Somewhat regret going for Zhu yuan c1. I hit an early soldier 11 around 20 pulls in so I could have saved the guarantee for qingyi. Anby feels so slow to stun for me.
imo my only issue with anby compared to my other stun lycaon rn is that lycaon can way more easily tank attacks with i frames. but other than that anby is awesome especially when you're dodge countering a lot. kinda sucks when you aren't able to full basic into thunderbolt though
@@russellpierce3987 yeah I definitely have some skill issues with anby. I keep expecting her to be able to finish her combos like lycaon but she is constantly interrupted and staggered back. And she doesn’t gap close like he does. Enemies keep dashing backwards out of her range inn the middle of a thunderbolt or ex special lol. Stupid robots!
I'm pretty sure you're a mobile player and for some reason on mobile you can only swap characters forward while on PC and controller you can swap backwards. I don't know why Hoyo didn't give mobile players this feature.
do you think without Lycaon out of Ellen team will you get an S rank on Shiyu 17? That's what I'm thinking, you can see every single video that S rank red Shiyu defend are 99.9% Lycaon Ellen + Zhu Yuan Anby. The shitty meta about the stun breaker, you want S rank Shiyu higher difficulty? Get Lycaon LOL. Not so much variety team building at all, no other way to stun the bosses fast. Skilled game but I don't see so much skill need to get an S rank rather than a stun character, yeah gathering mobs to clear fast is also a skill but that's not important if your team missing out a stun character LMFAO. Shiyu should have some survival floor that the team can survive in 3 minutes from multiple wave of enemy trying to beat them is a more skill need
The only other way would be Koleda. It's so blatantly favored towards Ellen/Zhu Yuan and stunners that I feel really bad for anyone wanting to play Piper/Grace teams or those without a second stunner. I just hit interknot 50 and the damage jump from having access to level 60 characters might be strong enough that level 60 characters don't care about the stage effects. But I don't know how I feel about this kind of stage effect because there's favoring the banner units and then there's deliberately pissing on everyone not using the banner units.
@@BladeCube1674 I am in the same boat as the original commenter, I am low key at the stage where I am starting to regret not rerolling for Lycaon because he is literally the goat rn, I have both Zhu Yuan and Ellen with their wengines but having to run Rina and Soukaku with Ellen is just... not it at the later stages, stunners are CRUCIAL in this game that's why Qingyi is like a must pull for me right now, my only stunner is Anby lol

can you tell me why you didnt chose to continue the chain attack sometimes and did it other times (is there an advantage in doing so )

don't have zhu yuan so had to do team 2 with my grace piper anby team and that was kind of a struggle lmao
