What a joker of a finance minister. Firstly it was a suggestion given by sam, this is not mentioned in the manufesto. Secondly, nirmala who never cared for the middle class is suddenly stating that the middle class will get effected. This is another jumla. Even if the inheritance tax was bought in as a law there will be a cap of 20 crore or more wealth. Meaning only those who have inherited 20 cr and above will have to bear 20% inheritance tax and for every additional 5 cr or 10 the tax bracket will increase by 5%. Why would congress go and impose this on the middle class. This is the problem with BJP. They think they can lie and get away.
