1:08:17 I see you used this part of Philippians to show how God (the Father) raised up the flesh and blood Jesus to a spirit and a high position, yet you conveniently leave out verses 6 and 7. To keep it in context. Who was this Jesus? Did He have a pre-existence in heaven as God the Son before he was born of a virgin?
"6Who, being in very nature God (deity),
    did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage;
7 rather, he made himself nothing
by taking the very nature (flesh and blood) of a servant,
    being made in human likeness.
8 And being found in appearance as a man,
    he humbled himself
    by becoming obedient to death-
    even death on a cross!"
And what about John 17: 5, where that same human man, Jesus, prayed to the Father in heaven:
"And now, Father, glorify me in your presence with the glory I had with you before the world began."
If Jesus had glory with God (the Father) when the world began, He was there for the creation, and was the one that God (the Father) was speaking to when He said, "Let US make man in OUR image."
This reveals that Jesus was aware of His past existence with the Father from eternity past, and John 1: 1 says that "In the beginning was the Word, (Logos) and the Word was WITH God (The Father), and the Word WAS God. That shows that the Logos (Word) and the Father are two separate entities or persons or manifestations of the ONE God. Not three Gods, but One God expressed in at least three persons: The Father, The Logos/Word/Son/Jesus, and the Holy Spirit (who was mentioned as a separate entity in the creation account). All different expressions of the same ONE God, whose nature is not "spirit" only, but Divinity, Godhood, Godhead, so far above the nature of the spirit angels and the nature of the lesser ones than the angels, flesh and blood humankind.
Just a little bit before this time mark in the video, you also said that the human man Jesus was transformed into a deity. I don't know if you misspoke, or if you meant to say that, but I cannot believe that you would say that, as it smacks of Mormonism and other cults that teach that we can all become deity. There is only one true deity, the Divine Godhead spoken of as YHWH, Jehovah, God. One God in multiple persons and manifestations. Flesh and blood can become a spirit, but no spirit can become deity, divinity, the true God. God the Son as Divinity could step down from (outside of His divine nature) to become a human man, and that human man could die in the flesh, but the PERSON, the soul, the essence of WHO He was, God the Son, divinity, could never die. Once the sin debt was paid in full, He could step back up into His previous role in His true original nature, divinity, Godhood, Godhead . . . as the person we know as God the Son, separate and distinct from the Person we know as God the Father, separate from the Person we know as God the Holy Spirit (who you already admitted was and is God). How is it that you can be comfortable saying the Holy Spirit is God, as well as The Father is God, but that the Logos/Word/Son/Jesus is not God? I hope you can at least agree that the nature of spirit creatures is not the same nature of God. The angels are spirit creatures, but they are not God. God is a spirit, but His nature is divinity.

I don't know about your odd translation, but most decent Bibles say the opposite of what you quoted.
Phil 2:6 who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, 7 but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men.
And with John 17:5 you just need to learn what Jesus was speaking about. This word (world) need only be compared to other scriptures translating that same word. It's not a planet.
There are good reasons for all the different non-trinitarian denominations out there. You're just steeped in the trinity interpretation and can't see the light.
It's time to take the trinity bag off your head so you can see the real (world).

I'm sorry, but it's obvious that your preconceived idea won't even allow you to hear what I've said. I never even hint that God raised the flesh and blood Jesus to a spirit and a high position.
I cover the larger portion of Philippians 2, including the verses that you've misinterpreted, in the last installment of this series.
It's clear to me that you've not actually watched the series or you wouldn't be presenting the proof texts and straw men that you are.
I'm not inclined to personally respond the false ideas, when they're well covered in the hours of teaching that's presented.
If you're open to discovering, watch and learn. If you're comfortable with the truth that you now hold, then by all means stay there. I'm not into debate. I'm into teaching. The answers are already presented. Access them or don't, that's your call.
In any case, I wish you the best on this life-long journey of learning.

It's obvious that he has turned logos which means "thought or plan" into a God. Instead of seeing God's Plan unfold in flesh, he sees a mini God in Heaven, get thrown out of Heaven by His Father God (sent) and come to earth.
Reading comments such as that, shows the DESPERATE need for SOUND teaching.

It makes sense now. Analytics show that he didn't even watch the full video.

I'm not always interested in jumping into a debate, but when someone posts something incorrect for all to see I feel a need to correct it for those who might be confused by it and maybe not watch the video.
