Watching this reminds me again why Nicomaki is still one of my best ships ever. How Nico interact with Maki and vice versa is just so cute(especially how Maki calls Niko). I also love how for some characters, it goes from 'senpai', 'san' then 'chan' or without honorific. That aside, maybe because I watch the Aqours's version first before I watch Muse one, it reminds me that the interactions between the girls in Muse is handled better than Aqours's... like the girls interact/bond not only with the one that share the same grade as them and at the very least they all still mention each other name ( well, Nico to Umi aside haha ). I love both muse and Aqours ofc, they both are lovely.
