As I see on the Winter season the tarpaulin or plastique cover cannot cover the whole riad so winter get into the rooms and balcony.... that's the only weakness

It's not actually an issue - we only get about 20 days of rain a year. We don't have any cover on our family Riad and we're happy to see the sky every day!
