He comes across so... humbly. Like he doesnt come off as a diva or over the top, he reminds me somewhat of the few times Freddie Mercury went on interviews or spoke publicly on stuff, a very minimal presence which in the industry i like to see.
Yes, I get that Freddie vibe from him too. Very over the top and theatrical onstage, but also very down to earth and friendly when he's not playing his "rock star" character; he seems very genuine and like a decent person offstage.

The King also creates and writes most of everything they do as well and is also a story driven band with very different music. I just can't get enough Ghost lately!!!
I’ll never forget seeing Papa Emeritus I on the Heritage Hunter tour of 2012 with Opeth and Mastadon. I had never heard of them, but they made an impression on me instantly. It was a breath of fresh air for metal. Right after the show ended, I hustled over to the merch table to buy Opus Eponymous.

I was just going through CDs at the Newport Beach Fashion Island Barnes & Noble and saw this CD. The artwork reminded me vaguely of H.R. Giger, so I had to buy it! Now waiting for the next NEW record!
