Actually gas solubility of water decreases with increase in temperature and with decrease in pressure. In deaerator we used both properties. We increase DM water temperature and its temperature can be increased upto saturation temperature only. Above that it will convert into steam and will come out from vent. So heating is done slightly below saturation temperature. And rest of the job done by reducing partial pressure of gases.
Sir .. deareator should also work on daltons law because sum of partial pressure is equal to total pressure.. as you told that we are adding steam which will reduce the partial pressure of non condensable gasses. And total pressure we can keep constant

Some of feed water get converted into vapour when heated by steam, which may cause vapour to escape through vent to atmosphere , then this will decrease feed water and increase make up water , but that doesn't happen, why?
Actually whatever steam we are adding for stripping action. Some of that steam pass through vent and some part get condensed. So, water quantity won’t decreased
In startup initial heating steam line is provided in Feed Storage Tank....Can this heating(say till 104C) is sufficient to remove 02 effectively? or heating through deaerator tank is must,???
Heating through deaerator gives better contact between steam and DM water. This is required for stripping action. We are using both heating and stripping in deaerator.

It all depends upon NPSH required of BFW pump. NPSH available must be greater than required. Check out my NPSH video.
