Jensen always compliments Jared's performance and always acknowledges when he does good work or executes a scene well, whereas for me, Jensen is proudest of directing and if an audience member asks about him directing an episode he goes all in and becomes very animated about the challenges he comes across as a director.
Even Clif is pointing his fingers (resembling a gun) towards Jared around 28:09 XD It was lovely to watch this, they're talking about completing 100 episodes and are saying that they might be able to promise a 6th season, now S14 is going to air and they're going to cross 300! It's just amazing!
