Thanks a bunch. Had problems saving my symbol. Now I figured out I had to write it to disc. Sometimes Creo is weird!

+MElmo You can predefine configuration option for your custom symbols - pro_symbol_dir .... if you save a new symbol - system automaticaly save it to this folder (or you can manually set path to your folder averytime while you save new symbol)

But the very essential part how to create the variable text was way to fast.
I always thought I make something wrong in the clicks.
I use / instead of \ which was the key.
