The moment I saw "strict coach" I knew it was going to be Yashiro lol I can already hear the *"Yashiro takes 5 damage"* everytime Furen made him irritated xD Furen Bucciarati, she has enough resolution to defeat the -fishing- plumber men!
Thank you for the upload! I really liked the small edit you did at 4:52, really made it easy to visualise what was being discussed! Looking forward to your next upload!
sry, which part do you mean? I used Davinci resolve for most of the video effects, after effects for the game rule introduction screen, and blender for the 3D part
@@himajinnotameiki The game rules screen was what I was specifically wondering about. But jeez that's a lot of programs. If you're willing to, can you link tutorials to edit in those programs like how you did? (Or just say what they are since youtube is autodeleting comments with links)
@@goku_dunker_420 Ah I think the channel owner can post links just fine haha For the 3D part, I did a physics simulation first, baked the result to keyframes, and kinda split those keyframes aside to make a gap to simulate slow motion, like in this video: th-cam.com/video/dqklM6aBVLc/w-d-xo.html (though this is a kinda dirty, destructive way to do because once you bake the animation into keyframes, it's irreversible. later i found that I could've used the speed parameter of the Rigid Body World instead, but not sure if it actually works in my usecase: blender.stackexchange.com/questions/95635/ ) As for the rules screen... I just did basic animations using keyframes and the speed graph editor in AE. "Null Object" was useful for moving the entire screen (by setting it the parent of the elements on the screen) And the rest was done with Davinci Resolve. The floating texts at 1:04 and the popups at 4:52 and 5:02, I used the "Tracker" node in Fusion (a composition system built into DR) to make them follow the things they're pointing to. The animation was done in Fusion too, with basic keyframing. Other effects like Yashiro's angry face, GTA5 Wasted effect (6:51), the rainbow background (0:23), were done in the Color tab of DR (there you can use "qualifier" and "window" tabs to specify where to apply certain effects) This tutorial is useful to learn the basics of Fusion if you're entirely new to this kind of node-based composition. th-cam.com/video/MDpR2xluwvI/w-d-xo.html Feel free to ask me if you have any further questions
That intro has no business being so high quality, did you rly go into cinema 4d to make that lol Didnt expect this collab tbh Also how do you do your subs for videos? If you had sub files that you could share for your videos thatd be awesome, I could use it for studying
Thanks, actually I used Blender for the intro. You can check my reply to Goku for details. The subs were basically done with Aegisub, and I used this app that I created to make the subs look better twitter.com/sigh_of_boredom/status/1373934503681421312 The .ass file BEFORE processed with the rich style app drive.google.com/file/d/15MyTggBOHF6hbeHAvhxUhlQSSH9-M9WK/view?usp=sharing After drive.google.com/file/d/1eC7M6scq78LldPvjdHHVuoXAEYwGfiXW/view?usp=sharing
@@himajinnotameiki yea I saw that on your twitter! Super cool. Thanks for the sub file! I'll run it through subs2srs to make anki cards from it, if you're wondering what exactly I'm doing with it. If it's not too much to ask, would you be able to make sub files available for previous/future videos? (although that sounds a bit like a patreon perk kind of thing, so I get it if you would rather not do it for free, or maybe if you're worried about people potentially stealing your subs)
Sure, I uploaded all sub files I have to this folder (the subs in older clips were directly put in a video editor so I don't have separate sub files) drive.google.com/drive/folders/1pJE3vVHKCGX3ECadVf04K0U9LV2FRSuG?usp=sharing Not sure about future videos because I'll probably forget lol (but you can remind me by leaving a comment :D)
I could feel Yashiro's brain cells dying every time he does a collab with Furen.
the "calm down please" running joke always makes me laugh so hard lmao
0:48 - 1:00 that is very cool introduction
this is probably the highest quality video I've ever watch from a translation vtuber video
Blessed Yashiro vision. I know nothing about Mario secrets. Would have thought he's trolling without all the notes
