    Exactly how I use a mouse. Have asked friends before who found it weird that i glide my finger tips on the pad, but it gives you insanely higher control especially if you want to play with an edpi that isn't horrendously low in faster shooting games. Much more control with this style.

    i've tried relaaa's grip, you hold the mouse at the very bottom; actually the mouse is hovering- this technique only works with mice that has high LOD( lift of distance)- instead of mouse feet touching the pad it should be the ring, pinky, and your thumb in contact with the mousepad for more stopping power. it'll take a while to get used to.

    Maybe also a point about fingers touching the mousepad is tactical feedback? It could give your brain more information to work with to do the perfect motion. But I guess that's could not be a "realtime control loop" since the tactical feedback is processed waay slower in the brain than the visual feedback from the screen

    Hi Ron Rambo Kim. I have a quick question about using fingers for micromovements.
    It is easy to bend your fingers to move up and down with the mouse because your fingers are built that way. But how do you make finger microadjustments for horizontal movement?

    • @s0up_r882
      @s0up_r882 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Grip the mouse as you would.
      Using only your thumb, and ring and pinky finger. Push the mouse side to side WITHOUT using your wrist. Also pay attention to how your cursor moves when you do it.
      The mouse itself shouldn’t be going side to side more like tilting. | -> / -> \
      Mainly the lower half of the mouse should be moving. Think of using the mouse upside down .

    I got really good for a period of time when I was grinding hard on FPS games. Came back this week and holy crap I wanted to cry at how bad I was aiming especially my micro adjustments, posture, reflexes, and overall comfortability were. I aim trained for a bit on warmup servers on CSGO but didnt get much progress. My hands started cramping really bad so I gave up. Its been a few days and its getting slightly better but I still went to sleep tn sad asf with cramping hands. But I really dont know how I used to have such good aim compared to how i'm performing now. Its genuinely sad to think about it 😭😭😭😭😭

    Hello Kim I have an interesting question:
    How do tricep muscles affect aiming? I am a gym goer and I have found that my aim is strongly affected after a gym session when my tricep are involved. This can lasts up to 2 days. I dont usually feel muscle soreness but aiming is almost impossible. Everything feels unfamiliar and uncomfortable. My muscle memory feels completely uncalibrated and disorted. Its like playing on a completely different mousepad and mouse and desk height/sitting height. I would like your opinion and thoughts on this. Do I just completely give up on gaming 5 days a week? Or is there a certain aiming / sitting style that could help?

    • @yashmishra9978
      @yashmishra9978 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      I noticed this thing too, the push day really sore my triceps out and aiming is difficult and I even get shoulder pain,
      Fixes i found are:
      1. Don't train your triceps till failure
      2. Play on a bit higher sens as higher sens are more wrist dependent than lower sens which are shoulder/full hand dependent.
      3. Stretch out the muscles well after gym session.

      Because when you bend your elbow like when doing bicep curls your so when you bend your arm while aiming you see you put ur hand on mouse pad around 90 degree so arm is bent and when arm is bent tricep is stretched but if tricep is sore and it’s stretched it’s gonna cause pain and instability because you will feel plain which will cause you to shake and if you’re on low sens you will need to extend your arm consistently also causing pain which means shakiness

    When it comes to look at the screen and moving around it simply feels unequal and an annoyance to even play.
