I installed the channel clips AFTER I installed the rear window deflectors on my 2011 Toyota Prius which made installation soooo much easier. The window deflectors I received for my Prius did not have the notched flange making installation following the steps in this video absolutely impossible. So my advice to anyone attempting to install window deflectors without notched flanges to try installing the channel clips after installing the window deflectors.

Just gave up with trying to get the rear deflectors installed with the clips for the second time. They fell out at 30 mph so going with 3M tape. If they fall out, in the trash they go and I'll look at another product. Not giving them a third chance this was on a 2016 Honda Civic, maybe for another car they'll work fine but I give up on this Civic. The front was not much better, busted the right side trying to install the deflector, had to order a replacement so now I have a spare for the driver side which is a waste.

Can the rears be put in without the clips ? I’d use some double adhesive 3m .. those clips on my 2017 Hyundai Tucson bulge out a lil ... plz advise

I hope the new rear deflectors with clips also help to hold it in place, rather that just help guide the window to close properly as I read in the installation instructions, because my new deflectors arrived without the adhesive strip like the last ones I bought had (just got a new car). The old ones with just the adhesive didn't hold as I expected, as one of the rear ones flew off on the freeway somewhere in Montana while on vacation last year. I wasn't going to try to stop and retrieve it off the freeway. I wonder if WeatherTech will replace it, if one of the rear ones blows off again (since the new ones don't even have an adhesive strip to help hold it in place).

One of mine came off during opening and closing the window and they replaced it for free, they sent a pair since that was how they are sold/packaged. I think they do this for one year. They should for the price. We have a factory outlet store here in Chicagoland (Bolingbrook) where you can pick stuff up

Do you have a video for single, not dual, weather stripping?

2019 Honda Ridgeline. No way those clips will fit in there properly. Worthless product.
