East Coast slammed with flooding rain, tropical storm-force winds

The East Coast was hit with severe weather Wednesday leaving hundreds of thousands without power. Thousands of flights have been canceled or delayed during some of the busiest travel days of the season. NBC’s Tom Costello reports and TODAY’s Al Roker tracks the latest forecast.
