For the crew when dealing with the bmx riders there’s an old saying that fits them very well! “You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink” 😂 basically you can try and get them to do certain things but know that due to what they chose to do their attention spans will be shorter and they really just want to work on their stuff. Individual sports are different than working in a group because the only person you can really rely on is you.
