Three Pakistan hockey players Murtaza Yaqoob, Ihtesham Aslam and Abdur Rahman and team physio have been banned by Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF). This after the players and the physio tried seeking political asylum in Netherlands. This is not the first instance of a Pakistan athlete fleeing the country. Is the economic instability the reason behind players escaping? And those same wrestler this time for Olympics got everything she asked for . She chose her coach , her support team , the foreign country where she will train and govt didn't deny any of her request and paid for everything. At the same time the Pakistani javelin player who won gold didn't even get a professional javelin from his govt and had to train with iron rods and homemade dumbells . So yes our condition is better than theirs

@@MohitKumar-nj8ms Govt is providing full support to athletes who are already the best in the country.Their potential is limited.Even if you provide full support to players like HS Prannoy,Mirabai Chanu etc.They cant be expected to win the gold at olympics.They just dont have that potential.Work should be done on grassroot level to find players of that potential.
