    속 가득 채우기 위해 당면을 두번 갈아넣으신다니 양이 많아서 번거로우실법한데도 대단히 수고가 많으십니다 아주 고소하고 맛있겠네요 청량리를 잘 가는데 직접 가서 사먹어 보겠습니다 감사합니다

    경동시장 야끼만두 3대장 짱구네, 땡이네, 기태 3군데 중에서 짱구네가 제일 맛있음. 많은 분식집들이 여기서 때다가 파시더라. 갓 튀긴 짱구네 야끼만두 먹어보면 몇일 지난 동네 분식집 야끼 맛 없없어서 못 먹음. 야끼만두 라면에 적셔 먹어도 개 존맛임. 야끼 많이사면 양이 많으니 키친타올로 기름 좀 걷어내고 냉동보관 했다가 전자렌지에 돌려먹으면 좋음.이 집 옆집에 순대집 있는데 땅콩 넣은 (안 삶은)순대도 맛있음. 짱구네서 야끼만두랑 못난이만두랑 순대 사가서 순대 삶으며 떡볶이 밀키트 하나 끓여서 적셔 먹으면 천국인ㅜㅜ

    5000~7000많이 파는거 아님 나때는 하루14000개 작업인원5면 밀가루 당시1포22kg 매일7포소화 저기름 역시 옛날엔 (미강)을 많이 썼씀.. 밀가루 1포에 약2000개에서 2200 나옴 개당20 (88)년도 난저일을 2년정도 했는데 영상으로 보니 묘하네요..지금도 저대로 하라 하면 할수 있을듯하네요
