Nice kitchen cabinets but countertops and dark tile are very bland. No grill or refrigerator outside. Pool design is very small for swimming, not practical. Large shower in master bath but no tub.

Ok first I don’t care for the laundry room being connected to master bedroom closet. Unnecessary traffic. The upstairs rooms has more privacy then the master, which is small for master. Dark brown countertops, big ugly no. Didn’t notice if you even had backsplash. Now the upstairs. I do not like people eating all over my home. It looks to me like apartment up stairs. Oh and the pool area, boring. Needs the kitchen set out there instead of upstairs. Upstairs, first no laundry upstairs, spin starts you can hear it all over the house. No out door balcony’s upstairs. And the family room upstairs again wasted space, bigger bed rooms, more beds room, and more storage space is always needed here is Florida. Not everything can be stored in the garage with the Florida heat.
