I was there at this race, in the main stands just beyond the start/finish line.It's great to see this race again.
Finally he have the re-live in English and region free again.
The "Reason" for blocking content is Money!

Why do they have the drivers step on a scales at the end?
They add drivers weight to the cars weight to make sure weight regulations for the car are met.
