- केजरीवाल को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से बेल मिली । लेकिन वो अभी जेल में नहीं छूटे हैं । लेकिन ED पर लगाम लगाने की तैयारी में सुप्रीम कोर्ट । कोर्ट ने साफ़ कहा है कि ED आँख बंद कर किसी को जेल में बंद नहीं कर सकता है । राकेश सिन्हा बता रहे हैं बारीकी क़ानून का और कैसे ED के हाथ पैर बांधने की हो रही है तैयारी ।
Kejriwal got bail from the Supreme Court. But he has not been released from jail yet. But Supreme Court is preparing to rein in ED. The court has clearly said that ED cannot blindly put anyone in jail. Rakesh Sinha is telling the intricacies of the law and how preparations are being made to tie the hands and feet of ED.

Sir, if an accused, in the case in which death penalty can be awarded can get bail, then why Kejariwalji not getting bail? ED n CBI must be prosecuted. They r violating ethical n constitutional law. ED n CBI crossed extreme limit.
Why what Rakesh Sinha is saying is not placed before a constitution bench of SC to order revision of PMLA. Under the same arguments bail should also be given to Satyendra Jain and Manish Sisodia.😢

जब तक का कानून का पूरा ज्ञान न हो लोगोँ को भ्रम में नहीं डालना चाहिये.
ED ने 5 हजार से अधिक मामले दर्ज किये है जिसे ECIR कहा जाता लेकिन सभी को अर्रेस्ट नही किया है जहाँ जरुरत हो वही अरेस्ट किया जाता है और PMLA सेकशन 19 मे वह प्रावधान है अगर कोर्ट या judge को अपराधी बेकसूर लगे तो जज बेल दे सकते है तब भलेही ED उसका विरोध करे तब भी बेल दे सकते है
अब लारजेस्ट बेंच आर्थिक अपराधी को राहत देणे के लिये क्या कानून मे बदलाव करने कीं सिफारस सरकार और पार्लमेंट से करेगा? या खुद ही बदल सकेंगा? पुरे देश मे कोई 200-400 बेईमान जेल मे है और अगर PMLA मे दोषी नही लगे तो जज भी बेल दे सकते है 😮😊😅

Problem ab yeh hai, jab Extensions ka demand hota hai, toh pratit hota hai ki veh surrender hote hain janch agencies ke reasons:- acuused not cooperating, Very influencial, possibility of contacting witnesses, destroying evidence. SC has uphold the PMLA provisions, and this "genius" lawyer thinks that GOI fooled SC by telling lies. Don't know why SH and most of it's panelists think that only they are smart and others are fool.
Also, not sure what this "genius" was trying to say by principle of parity and that only 500 odd arrests have been made in 6,000 odd cases. Was he saying that either all should be arrested or none should be arrested?

Is money laundering is not an offence?? If ED's role is not that important then why this egency has been established. I don't think the efforts of ED officials are just in the air. They are also putting so much efforts in the cases. Saying that no money trail is established. Nothing is recoverd , doesn't means that the case is false and fake. All fake narrative is going on in this particular case. Waisting public money on self motive. Accused should be punished. Our Laws has so many loopholes and many are taking advantage of it.
