Me and my husband couldn't afford a wedding we really wanted. So we got married in our living room.i didn't even wear a wedding dress,he wore what was in our closet.
So our pictures are just in front of house doors.
At the beginning with the gowns, as someone who worked in bridal alterations I knew those dresses were the wrong size immediately and that most ppl have a hard time seeing the beauty in the dress when it doesn’t fit. Also pulling from the back doesn’t give the correct fit look.
My first thought when she pulled out the first one was "it's huge." When trying on a large dress, how do you try to fit it besides pulling from the back?
@@joyfuljaj best to have the clips, or alteration pins put in so all sides adjust more proportionally according to the silhouette that it was meant to fit with if you're definitely getting alterations. At home, that's difficult and dangerous if you've not done it before so I do not advise but the main concept is to lift and cinch all sides not just pull the fabric in that one direction.
