We are trying to book online since last 4 days. Every time a message is flashed ,date not be beyond 20 th April ..... ? Why so ? Travel agent has refused to book and asking us to keep looking when site is open . Costomer care e mail no reply and telephone number given either says that it does not exits and if some one picks phone between 9 am to 5 pm no satisfactory reply .
Do tourism department has any idea that how much inconvenience and horrible experience while pre booking tickets ?

If you book phase 1 then only you can go to phase 2, because that is the only route and do remember last gondola ride return is approx 5.30pm so plan accordingly

I book tickets of phase 1 slot 1 (9:00 am - 11:00 am) and phase 2 timing is 9:00 am - 3:30 pm. I just want to ask the timing of 9-11 am for phase 1 is time for both means i have to return in this time period for both se phase? Can i go 11 am to phase 2 then return in 1:00 pm from phase 2 ?
Or i have to cover both the phase 1 or 2 in the 9-11am ? Or is 9-11am time for phase 1 after that i can go 11am at phase 2?
You can do as you like, just remember to board the cabin from phase 2 by 3.30 pm, So plan accordingly. In phase 1 you can do all the activities and in phase 2 there are mot much activities and view points. For more details watch the Kashmir video th-cam.com/video/Lbio1k2P6d8/w-d-xo.html

Sir, i got phase 1 ticket from 1.30 to 3.30 but phase 2 from 9.00 to 1. How to manage? Will they allow us to board phase 1 at 9am as we have confirmed tickets for both phase from same day?
You board 1.30 pm for phase 1 and after that you can board phase 2 also, i think they will allow

Sir in phase 2 only 9 am to 1 pm tickets are available, and in phase 1 only 9-11 and 1.15- 3 pm tickets are available. So I the if i book 9-11 am slot in 1st phase I've to return back within 11am? There's no other option available in any dates. If I book 9-11 am slot and reach there after that like 12pm or 1pm will i get the chance to enter?
Take 9-11 am tickets, board phase 1 by 9.30am, reach phase 1 by 9.45am, explore phase 1 for about an hour and board phase 2 by 11am, reach phase 2 by 11.40am, explore phase 2 and board phase 2 by 1pm.

Sir hamne phase 1 ka 1:30 to 3:30 ka slot book kar liya hai.
Lekin phase 2 me slot time phase 1 ke jaisa nahi dikha raha hai sirf 9:00 to 3:30 dikha raha hai.
To usme phase 1 ke jaisa different slots hai ke sirf yeh 9:00 to 3:30.

Sirf 9.30 to 3.30, you can use any timings from phase2

25th to 30th may no tickets and 31/5/23 100 tickets are available for phase 1 and for phase 2 not available
As its peak season its better you book gondola tickets first and as per that you book your flight/train tickets.

Actually there is a gap of 30 days, as yours is 19th jan it might open anytime keep watching. Jan mid will be very cold and sometimes phase 2 might not open.
