A frag video that takes you on a nostalgic trip back to 2015!
All the clips are from Legacy Strike servers (sadly, the project has been shut down).
I decided to use music from the legendary CS:GO video "Cheaters Unite" created by LOLYOU.
Besides LOLYOU, the video also featured players like phoon and members of the old DINOSOWER crew.
It was the first Chad's video I ever watched, so it holds a special place for me.

Not only the sound, but it worked well, for now in CS2 it works poorly, it is heavy, slow, imprecise. We were so happy and we didn't know it...

I had these two guys that I used to queue with back in 2015. I had a bunch of memories with them, had some good laughs, made some sick moments and after a year later they suddenly stopped playing. I sometimes I wonder what happen to those guys because I really miss those banters we have. Good times man.

From NA? I wish we could connect with NA servers from Europe/Sweden easier and without the huge loss of ping.... It really is a problem to que in "Europe", as majority of times you end up with Russian or non-english speaking players.
No cringe, dopamine draining, stupid edits. Just nice 60 fps theater game play of clips. This is what I use to watch 24/7! Watching Rank S streams, seeing all my favorite players. It is crazy how much time has passed. CS2 is the next generation of CSGO and we just have to accept that. No more one-ways (I think), no more crappy mic quality, and all the teammates I had in csgo actually wanted to play. I would say my trust factor was good so 99% of games were never thrown. We will all run into that one guy who is just mentally unstable or just having a bad day, nothing we can do about it! Thank you CSGO.

@@MRgemmu One ways were a way to make you spend 30 hours on a weekend searching for some new nobody knows about. What do you mean cs2 smokes are better? In what way? Shooting through them creates gaps? That needs a reality check, this isn't a fantasy game + because of the subtick all lineups are inconsistent. Go throw the exact same smoke 10 times and it will lend 9 times at best. Also walking out of a smoke was a certain death, because people could see you at the same time you still saw full grey so you ALWAYS had to wait to get pop flashed by teammate, that's never happening now, when was the last time you heard someone ask for flash "I'm pushing smoke, pop me / flash me. I didn't hear that in CS2 a single time. because now you can just run through it and if you have high ping you actually have the advantage of doing that. There are 30 problems with cs2 and while smokes are not one of them, it is still a massive downgrade on player's skill ceiling. Knowing oneways made you a better player, asking for flashes made everyone more communicative and teamplaying than they are now.

Counterstrike 2015-2018 was such a great time. The whole Dinosower crew, hoppin,the olds maps, the operations
Man, after I finished school, hopped on to play a few hours of casual before doing 1 game of competitive because I used to be so scared to play it. Now, 8 years on and 4300 hours later. Everyone with the DINOSOWER! clan tag, that old AWP sound was just pure power.
In 2015 I was 18 years old. I had some amazing times on this game. I wish I could go back and tell myself that my family and achievements in real life were more important.

this is the year i started playing cs go, i first registered on steam in january 2015.
friends didn't want to play with me because i didn't know how, but they would still gather on summer evenings and sit until the morning playing this, so many good and bad moments with this game, it's been almost 10 fucking years, god wake me up. now everyone is grown up, family and work. everything has changed, but this game will always remain in my heart, no matter what it was.

i would really be happy if there was some kind of event in cs 2, when they bring back old menus, HUD, versions of maps and sounds. something like that, but it doesn't change balance much. or just separate mode where you can have even old balance.

Ngl I had a little water in my eyes...It's surreal that we are closer to 2025 than 2015...Time goes on so fast...Playing on affordable PCs equipping affordable skins that are now thousands if not more, cross team voice chat on half, bhopping around, trying to hit trickshots instead of sweating elo. Cache, Train, Cbble, Dust 2 with view of the mid doors (trying to hit every crossing CT), holding B tunnels from mid, because the doors were reversed. Using csstratroulette on smurf gold accounts. Ah man, I could go on and on and on. I will always regret ever playing games like Fortnite, league or Apex legends, but I will never regreta single minute out of those 13k on CS. I feel nothing but love and passion for the best game ever made.

Bro, just memories... I never had a good pc at this time, but I used to play a lot of CSGO (never got higher than gold 2 tho). I'm also brazilian and in 2016-2017 SK/LG were in their best moment. Still remember all majors SK/LG won (and watched all of them live!).
It's also nice how life works. Now I have a good wife, a good kid, a great job and I'm in medical school. This was a part of my life I don't belong to anymore, and I wouldn't trade nothing I have now for something I had 8 years ago.
