Making butter, you can also make butter with double cream.......just use a hand blender or food mixer until the double cream is in two parts......a solid mass and liquid.......you must press all of the liquid out of the solid mass......add herbs or anything you want to the butter........use the liquid which is buttermilk as an ingredient to make sourdough.

That Light Grey from celtic salt will drop he-art att-ack ri-sk IN HALF!!!! Likely because of the micro minerals in it. Anyone like me with Turkey wattles under the neck, well they shrunk about 75% over night when I did a 1 day challenge of 12 glasses of water drunk and 2 teaspoons of Light Grey (on tomatoes ). Also my feet shrank a quarter size, and my heart did too. Going up the stairs was suddenly easier. Besides, the flavor is so good you get compliments on everything.

My windows where I live don't get enough sunlight so I bought a grow light and am hoping my Thyme and Pink Blush Aloe plants survive and that the Thyme plant doesn't become woody because otherwise plants always die inside and I can't do anything outdoors. I do have a hanging spot outside but plants don't do so well there either. Hoping the grow light solves my problem! I'm going to try to grow garlic shoots and green onion again in water. Those were working even without the light, but were super pale and not palatable so I stopped trying. I'll give it a try again! Even I'll go and get a sprig of rosemary from a rosemary bush in the neighborhood (I have permission) and then try to propagate that as well!

In Thailand, we use herbs to make food and medicine. and has a Thai traditional medicine course For treating various diseases But if it's food, it's like fried rice with basil.

We need a vid on natural lozenges for a dry or sore throat dawg. The honey ones I've seen heat the honey and ruin the beneficial healing ingredients.
