Many years ago, I used to hear that we had a son from Acholiland who was working with the UN and whose name is Olara Otunnu. It was unthinkable if I would one day be able to see him like today though from afar. I wish the Ambassador saw the future and helped so many competent people from the north of the country to climb up faster in their many endeavors in life. Such characters would now be very resourceful at a time like this. I thank Kofi Annan and Mary Robinson very much for rendering me their lovely hearts while on my journey and when corruption in their offices all over the world surpasses all. I will do likewise when I climb up a similar ladder one day. As the wise saying goes, "Better late than never." I am happy that Mister Ambassador is now here along with a few dedicated ones, for new initiatives. I hope this would be a big lesson to anyone whom God will bless one day to think about his suffering people first. I also hope this kind of communication will yield better and sweeter fruits that every suffering Acholi and Ugandan and if not the entire world, would enjoy...
