The pre-release MV for "Allergy" is part 1 of the story for "Queencard". The "Queencard" song all takes place in a dream while she is under anesthesia. "Queenca" is Korean slang for "Popular girl" or "it girl". Oh, I see that the one guy mentioned "Allergy" at the end.
