Today I'll try to give you some basics of what downsizing really means from someone who's gone through the process and survived. I hope that some of my suggestions will make your downsizing experience less stressful.

Good episode! Your podcast quality is good. I've also been sick. My treatment just tanks my immune system. My wife and I downsized when we moved in 2019 and bought a 1450 sqft home. It's small and it's a struggle and we're over a decade away from retiring but we were worried about the market and got lucky that we bought when we did. The house we bought would be too expensive to buy now. I like your message. Look at it earlier while it's cheaper and while you still have the health and energy to do the move and the downsizing.
