Very bad after sale service of the Fronus service Center. I purchased 4.2 KW Inverter 20 months ago. Yesterday, it gave fault 09 and stopped working. I sent it to service center and informed them its fault 09 message. Without checking they informed that its PCB has been burnt and replacement cost will be Rs. 16,000. When I asked that I will need the faulty one back. Then their answer was that pcb will be repaired, replacement cost would be more than Rs.25,000. No component will be returned. There were lot of people who also came there with faulty inverters. To all they were saying that your load wiring was short, that's why inverter was Burnet. I shall never buy Fronus Inverter again.
My Wapda-In is protect with SPD and out put load is also protected upto 3.2 KW.
Yes fronus is not good brand especially platinum series is the worst

Aur company Waly customer Sy 10 ya 12 thousand demand krty Hain aur faulty parts BHI return nhi krty.

Same was happened with me with Inverex brand. Same fault f09 and same life of inverter 02 years. And same story they told me to change PCB. I think f09 fault is a company policy to looting their customers.

I got solarmax 10 kw,pv11000 ( hybrid) but am getting a problem of export power to lesco. The company is working on it and giving me good support to installed on grid system to avoid loss until the problem
Yes solarmax is giving the best features in its inverters. As far as issues are concerned they may rise in any electronic device and are unpredictable. It is nice to hear that customer services solarmax are also good.

Fronus bad experience it is copy name of feronius international i purchase it 4 months ago pv2200 it get faulty after 3 months i send it for claim and when i get it back it get faulty again after 1 day now i get refund from the local shop about 15000 less .

Yes in ongrid inveter Huawei is no. 1 but not in hybrid

There's no comparison,
Solarmax Onyx is ip65, whereas Inverex Veyron is ip21 inverter.

The biggest issue with the Solis inverter is its lack of support for 24V batteries.
