1 cup gram flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 pinch baking soda
For Chatpata Pani:
2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black salt
1/3 cup tamarind pulp
1 tbsp green chutney
1 tsp chat masala
2 pinch asafoetida
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp chili flakes
2 tsp lemon juice
mint
coriander
onion rings
