We used to camp there a couple of times a year back in the mid 70's. Get up early in the morning and head out for the day on our dirt bikes. Always a great time!
I use to live near by, in Cartago, and Dirty Socks use to be our swimming spot. This was in the late 70s to the early 80s and it looked much better then with maintained grounds, a dressing room and a couple picnic benches. Now it looks downright nasty.
