It's said I'm pretty sure they're a small but small. And you can see how they fit. I don't have any other Nike x FOG shorts to compare them too

If you want the exact same fit as your essentials tops. For me the medium matched up exactly with my essentials small shirts
If you want it a little less oversized then you could go with a medium
