It's crazy how cool the lights are...I'm not so interested in visible spectrum and skin, but really intrigued by the infrared speeding up the action of the cells inside the body for healing (became a big thing here when emperor newsom locked us all up so we couldn't get sunshine while the wuhan fauci was going around) and cognition...I started with a therapy belt for my wife's routine aches and pains and it works better than any medicine, so I started grabbing more devices...as prices came down I've accumulated enough to turn my office into a twice a day red zone (grabbed a couple more panels ($12) and another belt ($12) on prime day ... my most expensive is the hat, which is really cool if you use it with a battery because you can just wear that while you do some stuff (I only use that to keep the brain going in the winter)...my favorite so far is the 54w bulb ($25) -- with that bulb if say my elbow or wrist or something is hurting after playing some sports or working outside I can get right against the light twice a day (and see through it, pretty cool) for 3 or 4 minutes and within 2 to 3 days pains that usually linger a few weeks are gone...
