Hi, not exactly. I had opened disputes with both PayPal and Chase for unfulfilled purchases across 2 credit cards. After a few days, PayPal emailed me and said they cannot do anything with my disputes because I had also disputed the transactions with my financial institution, in this case Chase. I was disappointed to hear this, but my high level understanding is that if Chase won't help, I can still have Chase close the dispute and go back to PayPal and try again. However, thus far, for the purchases made on one of the two credit cards (approx $10k of $25k total) Chase adjudicated the dispute in my favor, credited my account for ~$10k and said if the merchant doesn't respond in 2 pay cycles that the credit will remain. I still don't know what they will decide for the other card, but I'm hoping the same, because it is the exact same issue. Fingers crossed, but worst case, I completely expect PayPal to cover everything under 180 days if necessary, because that is what they told me they would do, and it fits with their purchase protection policy. The key thing to remember (and this is just to help everyone) is when you file a dispute, the reason is you did not receive merchandise that you paid for, NOT fraud. In this case, fraud doesn't mean what many think it means. If you claim fraud, you are saying someone else tried to make the purchase, which is not the case. You made the purchase, you just never received the goods. Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any more questions

I have both in hands, on pics i prefered a lot more the baroque browns. In hand everything changed, i like the saturn golds way more...
