I hate how people are laughing at the misfortune of others and making mindless little comments like 'she was so pretty before the drugs'. Yes, she had troubles with drugs and alcohol, yes, it's affected her physically. That happens to the best of us. She was a childhood star and, unsurprisingly, the stress and pressure of it all took it's toll and she broke down, turning to something that got out of control. She is trying to make a mends and better herself. She's not a bad person, and I think she has a lovely way about her. Still gorgeously beautiful too. Be humble. Don't kick a person when they're down because, someday, you might be the one who needs a helping hand to pick you up out of the gutter...

Shireen Hakim no it was a retired young baseball player in Boston who had Lou Gehrig's Disease and he told his friends to do it and it got really big after the Boston Bruin hockey players started doing it, and after they did it since they're famous it spread to other athletes. It was the biggest among hockey athletes before anyone else. The point of it being an "ice bucket" is so that it will numb you, because that's what it feels like to have the disease, you get numb and lose sensation, like paralysis, and knowing how bad it is the hope is that you'll donate to help find a cure.
