It would most likely be at Elbaf. If Joynoy's goal was to unite every race, then it would make sense if the Red Ponyglyphs are located on places with unique races. 1st is Fishman Island. 2nd is Wholecake Island (probably a kingdom of many races before Big Mom took over). 3rd is Zou (the Minks). Last would be the Giants, which is in Elbaf. What these 4 locations have in common is that they are isolated from humans.
Problem is one of those is on Wano, and still was back on Roger's time, when there was a poneglyph in Fishman Island and no one in Elbaf (and with the whole 'closed borders' thing, I doubt it has moved there since the Lost Century). The Fishman Island one was most probably realocated to Elbaf in the meantime between Roger and Luffy's times.

Beehive island is most likely where the last Ponoglyph is. Here me out: When Roger was at Fishman island there was a Real Ponoglyph and a Road Poneglyph together By the time the Strawhats arrived the Road Poneglyph was missing. Fishman island was a former Whitebeard territory If 2 former Rocks members Kaido and Big Mom had Road Poneglyphs then it wouldn't be a stretch for Whitebeard to have had one. Whitebeard could've taken the Road Poneglyph to a safer location Blackbeard post Revire says he wants to claim something before the Marines do, which I believe is the final Road Poneglyph, if so he will bring it to Beehive island and will draw in the Strawhat Pirates with it as bait. Whatever happens at Beehive island I believe will result in the Strawhats getting the rubbings of the Final Road Poneglyph while Blackbeard steals the rubbings the Strawhats had so then both Blackbeard and Luffy will have all 4 Ponoglyphs and thus a race to Laughtale will ensue

So it doesn't matter where the road ponygliffs get moved to, what's written on them is what you need. Thus Lukas' theory is definitely possible.
We know for a fact that the final Road Poneglyph was in Fishman Island, which eventually became a Whitebeard Territory. I believe he moved it to a safe location sometime after Roger went to it. The BB pirates and WB pirates both fought in the timeskip where BB took anything and everything he wanted from them, which I believe included the Road Poneglyph. I just think it makes perfect sense for Blackbeard to just hold one Road Poneglyph and wait for someone else to collect the other three and come to him. If not what is BB's role in the story other than just trying to get ancient weapons? What path does he see to become Pirate King so he can flip the world on its head? He has to have the last one to me.
Idk if this is a theory or not, on the historical facts page, the architecture of Raftel looks quite similar to that of the ancient kingdom from 800 years ago. Raftel might be the ruins of that kingdom.
The last poneglyph is tied to whitebeard. He made fishman island his territory so he likely took the poneglyph with him to his major base of operations. Since blackbeard took over much of whitebeards territory, the most logical spot would be beehive

If one of the Road Poneglyphs is in Elbaf Big Mom could easily go back there and take it, or the RP that Big Mom has came from Elbaf itself. If Whitebeard is the one who hid the RP in Fishman island, then BM can do that too. So i think the last RP is located somewhere else not Elbaf in my opinion.

I think Elbaf just makes sense Fishman Island was Whitebeard's territory, I can imagine he took the road poneglyph and brought it to a location that Big Mom and the government can never reach: Elbaf. Marco on Wano could tell this the strawhats, leading to them going on their way to Elbaf
With "road to laugh tale" listing off all those different islands it does make me wonder if they're not going to pick up the pace and have another east blue style arc, where they visit multiple islands in quick succession.
I really do believe we are gonna see Shanks reuniting with Luffy very very soon. I mean, we know that Luffy is officialy an emperor (became a great Pirate), also, Elbaf has been hinted multiple times to be on of the main arcs of the final saga, helping Usopps dream come true and Luffy uniting with Shanks. Not to mention Film Red is out soon. The time has come!

Ohara you mentioned the last two road poneglyphs but kaido has one of those in his possession and it may be in wano. Technically having 3 of the road poneglyphs should be enough right. Remember what nami said, all they need is 3 points to somewhat pinpoint the location of the final island or laugh tale. The real mystery is where the last one is. Recently the two options that we keep bringing up are elbaf or pirate island also known as hachinosu. However, not too long ago there has been mentions of a third location known as vira. Which yes it has only been referenced once in the story. We know Oda drops hints here and there that often become part of something major and this could be the case. There are a couple of things thought that I will share why I believe that the last road poneglyph isn’t on vira. We know that the revolutionaries were involved and eventually the WG was overthrown. We also know that they specialize in information and I doubt that they would leave the place without doing some searching. If the last road poneglyph did happened to be there, wouldn’t it make sense for dragon to have given the order to make prints of the text. Nico robin was with the revolutionaries for some time, perhaps around a year or more (during the timeskip) so it’s a perfect time for dragon to talk to her about the poneglyph. I’m sure dragon is aware that robin can read the poneglyph and I guarantee he wouldn’t miss that opportunity to find out the context of it. There is also the slim chance that it is hidden in vira and just hasn’t been found yet so let’s not completely give up on it. Out of the first two, to me it makes more sense that the remaining road poneglyph is located in elbaf. At some point it could’ve been relocated from fishman island to elbaf since it would be more secured with the giants. After all, if I recall the giants aren’t affiliated with the WG and just like wano it’s a place that the WG doesn’t have access to. Besides, if usopp plays a major role at elbaf he could befriend the giants and somehow the straw hats are taken to see the road poneglyph. There are other locations such as hachinosu island. Possibly it could even be at marijoa or maybe it’s in the possession of shanks. Truth is we don’t know we can only speculate. I do like that vira was added to the table since we know close to nothing about it. Anyways what do you all think.
I think Buggy, rather than being a meme of failing up, is a character representation of what Luffy has surpassed. If Buggy became a warlord, we know that Luffy is beyond that. Now as a Yonko, we know Luffy is better than that as well
I think black beard should be assume to already have all the poneglyphs with a known location. After all, he has the invisibility fruit in his crew, which excels at espionage and infiltration. The only exception in my mind would be Shanks, who is so smart he would likely hide it under the sea (making the requirement everyone on his crew can swim, seem more logical), and/or he outright just delivered to marijoa to keep it safe.
I think that Luffy is going to fight Blackbeard and then shanks, that way Luffy can give his hat back to shanks after defeating him, I think what shanks meant about "give this back to me when you get strong" is that he meant "give this back to me after you are strong enough to defeat me". If Luffy ends up finding the One piece before or after meeting shanks is up to the author.

The first road poneglyph was in Zou, second in Whole Cake, & the third in Wano. The fourth WAS in FMl before it was mysteriously taken somewhere else. They need to find ONE more, not two more. My bet is Shanks hid it somewhere within his territory sometime after Marineford, which could be Elbaf, but also could be Yukiryu. We could get a flashback of when Ace visited Shanks to thank him for saving Luffy’s life 👀
I believe that Blackbeard will use the rumble rumble fruit to open wano's borders by force and steal pluton. He will then follow Luffy and shanks to laugh tale and try to kill them both while they're exhausted and have their guards' down.

help i'm confused. So in zou the road poneglyphs were introduced and they immediately found their first one on zou. The crew managed to get another one thanks to brook on WCI. The poneglyphs indicate the location of laugh tale once you have all of them. But, the road poneglyphs themselves don't indicate anything actually, you still need to be able to read them. Once you read them, only then will you be able to get specific locations (or maybe other information even?) which means you can only reach laugh tale with robin (spoiler ch1043: or sukiyaki). What i'm not understanding at all is, robin has read the road poneglyph on zou and the one brook brought along right?? If so, i don't get why there hasn't been any mention yet whatsoever in regards to what these road poneglyphs say. By researching i've found out that people online have varying theories such as, the road poneglyphs not even indicating locations but something entirely different. I feel like the crew is about to get their 3rd poneglyph soon so i don't get why robin has never talked about what the poneglyphs say when the information is so important? is it just the same like how she kept pluton a secret? lol or did i miss something?
Little curious, but they might have found the third red block in Wano since Robin was right next to one. Maybe this was just text on a wall, but that is her sole purpose finding the blocks.
People say Issho was born and raised in Wano I believe that Fujitora was born and raised on Vira and blinded himself at the horrors of the revolutions on that island.
Is it possible that either the last Poneglyph or Laugh Tale itself are just not there YET because of Toki's fruit? We know that Toki can send someone to the future, e.g. momonosuke & the scabbards. From wano's people perspective momonosuke just went missing for 20 years where it turns out that they were just not there YET. There's a possibility that this could happen to the poneglyph or laugh tale as well

So tyr represents justice and I'm real big into Norse mythology. If you notice the map with a skull slapped island and the left eye being said too be an island and shanks left eye has three marks on it. It would make sense Blackbeard and shanks might fight again there in the name of justice. Especially if he's working with dragon the whole time and watching over Luffy.
Maybe all 3 islands are on the way? I could see next arc starting in Elbaf and meeting Shanks, then they head to Vira as a small arc/gearing up to go against BB, then Hachinosu to challenge BB
People tend to forget that buggy was after Captain John's treasure, a former member of the rocks pirates. It's not too far fetch to assume he might have unveiled something more powerful than just gold coins.

I THINK BLACKBEARD HAS THE LAST PONEGLYPH Reason : The last poneglyph was originally on the the fishman island and it was WB iterritory knowing the importance of the poneglyph he must have taken it out and kept it in a more secure location After the marineford war BB made most of WB's territories under his control and personally travelling with them for so many years he knows the importance of the poneglyph and it's location as well remember when Marco said "BB took everything from us " I think he meant the poneglyph too Knowing BB'S mentality he was waiting for someone to collect all poneglyphs since he knew in a fight against big mom and kaido him and his crew would definitely lose since they are not strong as their crew(like he did with WB pirates and MARINES using ace) I think if he knows luffy has all 3 of the poneglyphs he will definitely try to get them since he is that type of a person Anyway it's just my opinion
You made a very big assumption that Big Mom didn't take the Road Poneglyph from Fishman island it was her territory after all. In regards to the last location, I believe Shanks has or had that Poneglyph. In that case Elbaf would be most likely. In the off-chance Dragon had the Poneglyph it would now be in possession of Blackbeard.
In Roger's flashback there was a Poneglyph on fishman island other than the one big mom had, so if what you're saying is true, big mom would have had 2 road poneglyphs not just one. It's safe to say that the one poneglyph remaining (other than the one in wano) is the one that was in fishman island.

I think black beard has the road ponegliff because fish man island came under white breads territory before luffy. And teach spend years with white bread so he must have known the location of ponegliff even if white bread changed its location
Until Oda prove me wrong, I will say that the quote "He aimed to be KING OF THE WORLD" for Rocks D Xebec and Oda hiding his past and appearance makes me strongly believe that Xebec is Im, and he somehow manage to usurp and take control of the world nobles. It really intrigues me how Oda says that Xebec wanted to be king of the world and not king of the pirates. Maybe even he was a noble that decided to be a pirate, quite the opposite of Doflamingo who was forced to be a pirate. Maybe the D means that all of them belong to the noble families of the ancient kingdom that got destroyed by the world government. Xebec as Im just reclaimed what he thinks that is rightfully his. And I also think Buggy is a D, we know very little about him or Shanks, we don't know how or why they ended being part of Roger's crew.

could it be possible that shanks...is loki?. The experimentation on punk hazard to create giants might have played a role in shrinking him. Roger told Shanks to protect the OP and he is to fight whoever finds it and if they win they get the treasure but if they don't they die (cuz its Shanks who they are fighting) so red hairs will be the Straw hats last enemy ...or BB could suddenly come in to steal the treasure after both Straw hats and Red hairs are tired from fighting each other and in turn BB will be the last villain, in which Red hairs will team up with Straw hats cuz its the straw hats treasure now and Shanks crew will support them cuz bb played dirty

If Joynoy's goal was to unite every race, then it would make sense if the Red Ponyglyphs are located on places with unique races. 1st is Fishman Island. 2nd is Wholecake Island (probably a kingdom of many races before Big Mom took over). 3rd is Zou (the Minks). Last would be the Giants, which is in Elbaf.
What these 4 locations have in common is that they are isolated from humans.
Problem is one of those is on Wano, and still was back on Roger's time, when there was a poneglyph in Fishman Island and no one in Elbaf (and with the whole 'closed borders' thing, I doubt it has moved there since the Lost Century). The Fishman Island one was most probably realocated to Elbaf in the meantime between Roger and Luffy's times.

We know for a fact that the final Road Poneglyph was in Fishman Island, which eventually became a Whitebeard Territory. I believe he moved it to a safe location sometime after Roger went to it. The BB pirates and WB pirates both fought in the timeskip where BB took anything and everything he wanted from them, which I believe included the Road Poneglyph. I just think it makes perfect sense for Blackbeard to just hold one Road Poneglyph and wait for someone else to collect the other three and come to him. If not what is BB's role in the story other than just trying to get ancient weapons? What path does he see to become Pirate King so he can flip the world on its head? He has to have the last one to me.

Ohara you mentioned the last two road poneglyphs but kaido has one of those in his possession and it may be in wano. Technically having 3 of the road poneglyphs should be enough right. Remember what nami said, all they need is 3 points to somewhat pinpoint the location of the final island or laugh tale. The real mystery is where the last one is. Recently the two options that we keep bringing up are elbaf or pirate island also known as hachinosu. However, not too long ago there has been mentions of a third location known as vira. Which yes it has only been referenced once in the story. We know Oda drops hints here and there that often become part of something major and this could be the case.
There are a couple of things thought that I will share why I believe that the last road poneglyph isn’t on vira. We know that the revolutionaries were involved and eventually the WG was overthrown. We also know that they specialize in information and I doubt that they would leave the place without doing some searching. If the last road poneglyph did happened to be there, wouldn’t it make sense for dragon to have given the order to make prints of the text. Nico robin was with the revolutionaries for some time, perhaps around a year or more (during the timeskip) so it’s a perfect time for dragon to talk to her about the poneglyph. I’m sure dragon is aware that robin can read the poneglyph and I guarantee he wouldn’t miss that opportunity to find out the context of it. There is also the slim chance that it is hidden in vira and just hasn’t been found yet so let’s not completely give up on it.
Out of the first two, to me it makes more sense that the remaining road poneglyph is located in elbaf. At some point it could’ve been relocated from fishman island to elbaf since it would be more secured with the giants. After all, if I recall the giants aren’t affiliated with the WG and just like wano it’s a place that the WG doesn’t have access to. Besides, if usopp plays a major role at elbaf he could befriend the giants and somehow the straw hats are taken to see the road poneglyph.
There are other locations such as hachinosu island. Possibly it could even be at marijoa or maybe it’s in the possession of shanks. Truth is we don’t know we can only speculate. I do like that vira was added to the table since we know close to nothing about it. Anyways what do you all think.

I think black beard should be assume to already have all the poneglyphs with a known location. After all, he has the invisibility fruit in his crew, which excels at espionage and infiltration. The only exception in my mind would be Shanks, who is so smart he would likely hide it under the sea (making the requirement everyone on his crew can swim, seem more logical), and/or he outright just delivered to marijoa to keep it safe.
I think that Luffy is going to fight Blackbeard and then shanks, that way Luffy can give his hat back to shanks after defeating him, I think what shanks meant about "give this back to me when you get strong" is that he meant "give this back to me after you are strong enough to defeat me". If Luffy ends up finding the One piece before or after meeting shanks is up to the author.

The first road poneglyph was in Zou, second in Whole Cake, & the third in Wano. The fourth WAS in FMl before it was mysteriously taken somewhere else. They need to find ONE more, not two more. My bet is Shanks hid it somewhere within his territory sometime after Marineford, which could be Elbaf, but also could be Yukiryu. We could get a flashback of when Ace visited Shanks to thank him for saving Luffy’s life 👀
I believe that Blackbeard will use the rumble rumble fruit to open wano's borders by force and steal pluton. He will then follow Luffy and shanks to laugh tale and try to kill them both while they're exhausted and have their guards' down.

help i'm confused. So in zou the road poneglyphs were introduced and they immediately found their first one on zou. The crew managed to get another one thanks to brook on WCI. The poneglyphs indicate the location of laugh tale once you have all of them. But, the road poneglyphs themselves don't indicate anything actually, you still need to be able to read them. Once you read them, only then will you be able to get specific locations (or maybe other information even?) which means you can only reach laugh tale with robin (spoiler ch1043: or sukiyaki). What i'm not understanding at all is, robin has read the road poneglyph on zou and the one brook brought along right?? If so, i don't get why there hasn't been any mention yet whatsoever in regards to what these road poneglyphs say. By researching i've found out that people online have varying theories such as, the road poneglyphs not even indicating locations but something entirely different. I feel like the crew is about to get their 3rd poneglyph soon so i don't get why robin has never talked about what the poneglyphs say when the information is so important? is it just the same like how she kept pluton a secret? lol or did i miss something?

So tyr represents justice and I'm real big into Norse mythology. If you notice the map with a skull slapped island and the left eye being said too be an island and shanks left eye has three marks on it. It would make sense Blackbeard and shanks might fight again there in the name of justice. Especially if he's working with dragon the whole time and watching over Luffy.
Maybe all 3 islands are on the way? I could see next arc starting in Elbaf and meeting Shanks, then they head to Vira as a small arc/gearing up to go against BB, then Hachinosu to challenge BB

I THINK BLACKBEARD HAS THE LAST PONEGLYPH
Reason : The last poneglyph was originally on the the fishman island and it was WB iterritory knowing the importance of the poneglyph he must have taken it out and kept it in a more secure location
After the marineford war BB made most of WB's territories under his control and personally travelling with them for so many years he knows the importance of the poneglyph and it's location as well remember when Marco said "BB took everything from us " I think he meant the poneglyph too
Knowing BB'S mentality he was waiting for someone to collect all poneglyphs since he knew in a fight against big mom and kaido him and his crew would definitely lose since they are not strong as their crew(like he did with WB pirates and MARINES using ace) I think if he knows luffy has all 3 of the poneglyphs he will definitely try to get them since he is that type of a person

You made a very big assumption that Big Mom didn't take the Road Poneglyph from Fishman island it was her territory after all. In regards to the last location, I believe Shanks has or had that Poneglyph. In that case Elbaf would be most likely. In the off-chance Dragon had the Poneglyph it would now be in possession of Blackbeard.
If dragon had it i'd assume Nico would know.

In Roger's flashback there was a Poneglyph on fishman island other than the one big mom had, so if what you're saying is true, big mom would have had 2 road poneglyphs not just one. It's safe to say that the one poneglyph remaining (other than the one in wano) is the one that was in fishman island.

I think black beard has the road ponegliff because fish man island came under white breads territory before luffy. And teach spend years with white bread so he must have known the location of ponegliff even if white bread changed its location
Until Oda prove me wrong, I will say that the quote "He aimed to be KING OF THE WORLD" for Rocks D Xebec and Oda hiding his past and appearance makes me strongly believe that Xebec is Im, and he somehow manage to usurp and take control of the world nobles. It really intrigues me how Oda says that Xebec wanted to be king of the world and not king of the pirates. Maybe even he was a noble that decided to be a pirate, quite the opposite of Doflamingo who was forced to be a pirate.
Maybe the D means that all of them belong to the noble families of the ancient kingdom that got destroyed by the world government. Xebec as Im just reclaimed what he thinks that is rightfully his.
And I also think Buggy is a D, we know very little about him or Shanks, we don't know how or why they ended being part of Roger's crew.

tbh I like the idea that shanks is the one who will defeat blackbeard instead of luffy. I know that both luffy and shanks has a score to settle with blackbeard but it would be cool to see shanks in action

could it be possible that shanks...is loki?. The experimentation on punk hazard to create giants might have played a role in shrinking him. Maybe roger rescued him after his experiment was complete and let him join the crew. This is probably not going to happen but still...just a thought. Thanks for reading!

My theory is... Roger told Shanks to protect the OP and he is to fight whoever finds it and if they win they get the treasure but if they don't they die (cuz its Shanks who they are fighting) so red hairs will be the Straw hats last enemy ...or BB could suddenly come in to steal the treasure after both Straw hats and Red hairs are tired from fighting each other and in turn BB will be the last villain, in which Red hairs will team up with Straw hats cuz its the straw hats treasure now and Shanks crew will support them cuz bb played dirty
I have a feeling that OP isn't a treasure of wealth. And that certain characters, like buggy and black beard, might find it underwelming if they actually manage to find it. But it may be significant to the one piece world in another way we might not yet know :)
