i also had the same problem and this is what i did: When ever you you join a new server to volcano hunt make sure to talk with Dragon Wizard and the Dojo Vault also try equiping Dragon Talon. If this doesnt fix your problem then tell me

It could be also because of someone getting to the trial and doing it because only one person can do trial per island
