i notice a lot of comments saying this band sounds like "so and so" but they are their own sound. Its gunna sound "generic" because all rock music is. They consist of the same instruments and the same beats. But its up to the band to be different with their lyrics and vocals. And they did it. I love the whole song.
I feel like a lot of people comment and say that things are generic without giving real thought to their comment and without nothing what the word actually means. I'm not just saying this as a fan or as someone who feels that this isn't generic, I'm someone who feels that way about 90% of the bands signed to Rise that get called generic, when they're not. I feel that nowadays people would rather find a negative, that doesn't exist, than find a positive that is glaringly obvious. I also feel that because of Rise's troubled history, new and upcoming bands that are signed to them are automatically labelled and not given a real chance. At the end of the day, it's completely up to you. But at the end of the day, it's all music. Enjoy it for what it is. ✌️

the recycled the same sounds that bands already used before then and didnt even do anything interesting with it.. honestly the guitarists sound like people who have played for like one month and just learned songs of other bands in the genre and straight up copied it... the vocalist sings with one color and is basic and has no sense of melody or expression.. its' just not interesting or engaging at all. it sounds like a straight up local band. its not negative its just dont expect them to get good feedback when theyre not even doing anything great with it.....
