Fascinating insight as to how the other half might live. Personal taste comes into everything, but I found the Macassar wood finish a bit too heavy for me. I also agree with some of the comments suggesting the camera focus more on what is being described rather than on Lamar, who I might suggest may try to moderate his constant hand gesturing which I found distracting.

I like your attention to detail but at times nothing is shown such as the chandelier on the stair case or the grand Bath tub just seen you talking about it
But what does the house look like from the outside? Does it have any street presence? The video suggests it is just a series of rooms scattered over numerous levels.
I saw a small door shorter than the man as he was going up to the third floor is that leading to a panic room or a fire exit or something else just curious

A few pointers though : - when you’re talking, you rarely blink, and emphasize on some words, which makes it seem as if you’re reading a script (nothing wrong with that, but it has to seem natural) - When you’re presenting a room, you move your hands too much, which can feel a bit stressful (idk if it makes sense) especially if you’re presenting a warm/cozy room, for instance the grand dining room. - Perhaps you should more the property, and less yourself presenting the property Other You have a very nice presentation, always well dressed and polite, keep up the good work and you’ll be the Eric Conover of London !!!!

You are a handsome guy but 80% of the time the camera is solely on you, I've watched lots of videos showing houses apartments ect and as they are talking 80% of the time the camera is showing the house what they normally do is show a wide range view of the room 1st as they walk in, then it's easier to understand what they are talking about. You didn't even show any of the roof terrace or any of the views.

London Knightsbridge is the centre of the universe in house price…but this isn’t actually Knightsbridge…but still the price is much cheaper and still a central location so.. $ 37 million isn’t’ cheap but I guess you’ll still profit from the property..
Haha I'll have to use that term 'centre of the universe in house price' Knightsbridge is one of the leading & attractive Super-Prime area's, especially for international clients. As an ex-property agent in the area, it actually sits firmly on the border of Knightsbridge which can be often be mistaken for South Kensington, due to the V&A Museum being similarly situated on the east side of Exhibition Road.

Good luck selling it! The views really didnt look that great honestly and there wasnt to much of the office i could see. Just excessive amounts of bedrooms that were ok not really great. No sauna no jacuzzi none of the things that you would say make this a wow property. Which i assume you would need to sell a £27,000,000 property. Probably very near to the top price for a property in the UK.

It's the type of place you would rent when you need lots of sleeping space for maybe a destination wedding party. There is no way you could use this as a family home. Too many floors with too much separation of family. The kitchen should be the hub of the home. Its in a dark hovel in the basement. Very poorly designed.
Depressing kitchen and diningroom in basement. Bars on windows: I don't think so. All of this looks like brash, new money: all a tad vulgar. The presenter looks like he needs a stylist, needs toning down. Only a foolish person would pay that amount of money for this property.
Lamar...less hyperbole, more camera time on the home, it's the star, not you. Decor is a personal thing, but there is way too much Macassar and overall a bit tacky/nouveau riche for my taste.

I’m sorry but the decoration is just awful. That horrible wood was just so out of place. Why do people buy beautiful old buildings and then destroy them by imposing no doubt expensive but nevertheless ugly modern interiors. I know it’s all down to taste but it is so soul destroying when you see what has been done to what could have been a gorgeous property. Very sad.

Why didn't you just call the kitchen the servants quarter? That area had to be the least inspiring.

I’m sorry but the decoration is just awful. That horrible wood was just so out of place. Why do people buy beautiful old buildings and then destroy them by imposing no doubt expensive but nevertheless ugly modern interiors. I know it’s all down to taste but it is so soul destroying when you see what has been done to what could have been a gorgeous property. Very sad.
