Did you ask the instructor of the class? I earned my Associates in Early Childhood through Barton County Community College. The Career Development course helped me complete the CDA portfolio.

I don't know where you live but I'm in NY and I was told they're 6 mos behind. And as of right now they don't have an answer about how the PD specialist can observe you. It's kind of frustrating bc I finished my course and just finished my portfolio, so now I have to wait :(

I found the template online and downloaded them for free. It took forever to format them correctly, but it ended up pretty nice! 😁
What is the sample menu? Is it a lunch menu? or something youre suppose to use to base your lesson plans on?
The sample menu is a copy from your daycare/school's actual menu.
