He is a perfect guard, really. You could put him in any team, and it will become his team. His gravity is unmatched, he could play either as primary ball handler or play off ball. Both which will still affect the opposing team defense with his shooting threat and off ball smarts. Haters often dissed how he uses screens to get his "easy" shot off and glorify tough shot makers like kyrie or Kobe(no disrespect to both of them) but overlook how much work Curry does to get open. Defenders hack him off the ball all the times. Some of the closeouts done on him is borderline dangerous, yet he doesn't abuse it as much as some of other scoring superstars with their flopping . Down the line after he is aging and out of his prime I think he will still retain his value even if he is reduced to being simply a spot up shooter.

You never know what he might do three midrange layup dunk or what type of pass he will do or rebound over larger guys.
